The Cucugnan country, made famous by Alphonse Daudet is the appellation of a local wine whose terroir is located in the South of the Aude. Spread over ten hectares, the vineyard takes us far away, near the Cathar forts of Quéribus and Peyrepertuse. The winds of cers rush into the high Corbières, the last foothills before the Pyrenees, and the reds are easy to drink, limpid, ruby-colored and supple.
