The Pays d'Oc appellation wines are produced in four departments bordering the Mediterranean: the Pyrénées Orientales, the Aude, the Hérault and the Gard.
The range of 58 grape varieties is so wide and the soils so varied that it is difficult to define a style of wine. The common denominator is the sun which gives them an asserted complexity.
Wines from the South adapting to every occasion and enjoying great success. The white wine is made from Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Viognier, Grenache blanc, Terret Blanc, Muscat Petits Grains, Marsanne and Vermentino. While Languedoc-Roussillon wines are renowned for their great value for money, the Pays d'Oc appellation is extremely successful in terms of wines that are as pleasing to the palate as they are to the wallet.
