Although it is not the most well-known appellation, Ribeiro is the most classic wine estate in Galicia.
Since 2000, there has been a revival of native white wines in this region, with the Treixadura playing the main role. It is an aromatic grape with a beautiful minerality. It is often complemented with other typical grapes such as Loureira, Godello, Torrontés or Albariño.
