South West

The south-west region, famous for its gastronomy is also a region renowned for its wines. These are mostly pleasant and of good value for money. The wines of Gaillac have a very old winemaking history because their traditional method called the Gaillacoise method is the oldest in France preceding the Champagnes. This method gives pleasant wines with very fine bubbles.

Since 2017, Gaillac wines also offers us sparkling wines such as the Italian Proseco wine called Fizz, which can be found in soft or extra dry, for amateurs it's a treat. We will also find pearl Gaillac which are wines naturally rich in carbon dioxide, this wine composed of the three grape varieties that are mauzac, sauvignon and far from the eye is a real good surprise.
