The Penedès is a natural region that includes the Alt Penedès, Baix Penedès and Garraf sub-regions, covering an area of 1,557 km2 following the outline of the Catalan pre-coastal depression between the pre-coastal sierra and the Mediterranean Sea. It is precisely these natural limits that allow it to develop a climate very favorable to the cultivation of vines.
Penedès rosé is an intensely aromatic, fruity (fresh red fruit), fresh wine with a well-balanced acidity. On the palate, it shows roundness, body and a certain finesse. Its main grape varieties are Carignan, Grenache Noir, Mourvèdre and Tempranillo.
