Barossa Valley

This is in the  Barossa Valley region that we found the oldest vineyards in Australia. The Barossa region produces 68% red wines and 32% white wines. The valley is known for its red wines made from Syrah grapes, also called "Shiraz" locally, which is adapted to the Barossa Valley.

The warm climate of the Barossa Valley generally produces ripe grapes fairly easily, with high sugar levels and low acidity. A full-bodied and supple red wine with a fruity, peppery and spicy finish on a superb opulent texture.
