It is difficult to find a more ideal location than Paso Robles. Located halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco, the small town (30,000 inhabitants) stretches in the heart of the Central Coast wine estates, only a few dozen kilometers from Big Sur, Hearst Castle and three of the oldest missions in California.
Paso, as its inhabitants call it, has all the attractions of a golden resort. In addition to its climate and the omnipresence of its nature with its proximity to the Santa Lucia mountains, the town has become a specialty of organic stores, farm produce stores and farm tours.
But it is of course the 250 surrounding vineyards that have made the reputation of Paso Robles. More than 40 varieties of wine (Italian, Spanish, Bordeaux, Côtes du Rhône, Zinfandel, etc.) are produced on the 11,000 hectares of vineyards.
