Created in 2011, the Moselle wine is a French wine with an Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée. The vineyard is spread over 19 communes, on a total area of 35 hectares. It is delimited by three main poles: the region of Vic-sur-Seille, the Pays Messin and the Val de Sierck-les-bains. The climate is characterized by continental and oceanic influences, with homogeneous rainfall all year round.
White wines (main production of the Moselle Appellation), Auxerrois, Pinot Gris, Muller Thurgau and Riesling are the vigorous grape varieties.
