The AOC Sainte-Foy-Bordeaux is located in the eastern limit of the Entre-deux-Mers region, on the border of the Dordogne. With only 280 ha, Sainte-Foy-Bordeaux produces sweet white wines and a small proportion of dry white wines.
The soils of the appellation are clayey-limestone and sandy-clayey. The traditional Bordeaux grape varieties are used for the whites (Semillon, Sauvignon, Muscadelle and Ugni Blanc). The softness finds a real balance between fat and acidity, with a round, ample mouth and a beautiful perfumed finish.
