The AOC Lussac-Saint-Emilion is a satellite of the Saint-Emilion appellation and is part of the Libourne region. Dedicated to red wines, it produces 71,000 hl/year on a 1,500 ha terroir.
The vineyard is marked by the trilogy hillside, plateau and bottom of slope.
Merlot is often in the majority, and represents up to 90% of the blends. It is often used in association with Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec.
