In 2003, Olivier Collin took over the family business in Congy, in the southeast of the Côte des Blancs. Coming from a long line of winegrowers in the region, he trained with Anselme Selosse in Avize. His talent is now recognized by connoisseurs. Using only his own grapes, he now works his wines according to the principles of certified biodynamics. He has progressively isolated his terroirs to create different cuvées. His champagnes, which already have a very good quality and a lot of precision, continue to progress.
