the base wine sintonia is a mixture of cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon and malbec from vines of about 10 years and masal selections. it is vinified in ovoid concrete vats, before being transferred to truncated vats and barrels for malolactic fermentation, followed by 18 months of aging in french barrels of a wine and concrete vats. luna austral sintonia assemblage 2013 exhales aromas of red and black fruits with spicy notes and licorice. in the mouth, the matter is very fine and harmonious, thanks to a very fair and smooth extraction, there is a pleasant structure and fruitiness that is at the end.
