"it is made from a mixture in equal parts, combining two international and two indigenous grape varieties. after the harvest, the grapes are dried for about a month and left to ferment. matures for at least a year in large slavonian oak barrels. the veneto rosso igt ""primofiore"" by giuseppe quintarelli surprises by offering wonderful organoleptic sensations and a taste-olfactory harmony that all wines are certainly not able to offer. intense ruby red in the cut. it expresses on the nose with floral notes of violets, fruity touches of cherries and spicy nuances. in the mouth, it has a pleasant tannic texture, while being balanced, slightly tasty and pleasantly fresh. it goes well with the first salty and structured dishes of the local cuisine and is perfect with noodles with meat sauce."
