costers del siurana is a winery located in the region of priorat in catalonia, spain. the estate was founded in 1991 by the perez-oltra family who also created the famous clos mogador. the winery focuses on the production of high quality wines from organically and biodynamically grown grapes. vintage: 2015 was a very hot and dry vintage in the priorat region, which gave very concentrated grapes with excellent phenolic maturity. color: the 2015 miserere has a deep ruby red color with intense purple reflections. nose: on the nose, the wine offers intense aromas of ripe red fruits, such as black cherry and plum, with hints of vanilla, sweet spices and cocoa coming from aging in french oak barrels. palate: on the palate, the wine is full-bodied and velvety, with ripe and well integrated tannins that give a silky texture. the black fruit flavours blend perfectly with the notes of vanilla, liquorice and sweet spices. the finish is long and persistent. storage: this wine can be kept in bottle under appropriate conditions for several years, although its full maturity is reached within 5 to 10 years after bottling. it is recommended to keep it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. ---team enjoy wine
