"the torres gran reserva gran coronas etiqueta negra 1989 is a red wine produced by the torres winery, one of the most emblematic wine producers in spain, located in the wine region of penedès. this wine comes from a hot and dry vintage, which allowed the grapes to ripen slowly and develop a great intensity of flavors. the color of this wine is a dark red with ruby reflections. on the nose, it offers complex aromas of black fruits, cedar, tobacco, leather and sweet spices. in the mouth, it is full-bodied, rich and balanced, with sweet tannins and a well integrated acidity. the flavours of black fruits and spices are present, as well as notes of chocolate and vanilla from aging in oak barrels. the finish is long and persistent. as far as storage is concerned, this wine can be kept for several years under optimal conditions of temperature, humidity and darkness."
