"mas de l'abundança he ma 2019 is a spanish red wine produced in the priorat region of catalonia. it is made from grapes from organically grown vines, without the use of pesticides or harmful chemicals. this wine is mainly made from the grenache grape variety (garnacha in spanish), which is grown on clay-limestone and shale soils in the priorat hills. this gives the wine a deep ruby red colour, with purple highlights. on the nose, mas de l'abundança he ma 2019 offers intense aromas of ripe black fruit, such as black cherry and blackberry, with hints of liquorice, cocoa and vanilla from the oak ageing. on the palate, the wine is dry and powerful, with a velvety texture and present but supple tannins. black fruit and spice flavours develop, with a touch of minerality and balanced acidity. the finish is long and complex, with black fruit and oak notes lingering on the palate. mas de l'abundança he ma 2019 is a wine for ageing that can be enjoyed now, but will gain in complexity after a few years of bottle ageing. it is recommended to be served at a temperature of around 16-18°c, accompanied by grilled red meat dishes, game or mature cheeses."
