"laurent ponsot is neither an ""estate"" nor a ""house"": it is a state of mind. hence the choice of a logo that represents this desire to be both winegrowers and traders. it is inspired by this double belonging to the world of vineyards and wine. the green of the l is inspired by the color of the vine leaves that arise from the shoots, while the dark grey of the p evokes the darkness of the cellars. the l descends from heaven and the p sinks its roots in the earth. the horizontal bars of the two letters are open to the world: it is the mark of the négociant. for us, being a négociant means a commitment to careful sourcing, committed to the production of couture wines. blueberries and raspberries. pleasantly pure for the bourgogne level, with a very dry and tasty finish that leaves a little bitter herbaceous. semi-fatty tannins balanced by a high acidity. much satisfaction for its price."
