luis anxo rodríguez is one of the oldest and better known colleiteiros from ribeiro, with six hectares of vines in arnoia, 60% white and 40% red. he produces 30,000 bottles of age-worthy wines. the smoky and leesy 2020 a teixa is the only wine from a vineyard in the avia valley that he has rented since 2010, and it's in a different zone than the others. this fermented in 2,300-liter oak foudres that are now more or less neutral. it has a velvety palate and good ripeness that is neatly balanced by good
