the chartreuse is a famous digestive produced by the monks of the chartreuse for more than 250 years in the mountains of the chartreuse, in france. chartreuse la tau is a special edition produced every two years in limited quantities and aged in oak barrels for several years. the 2024 vintage is a cuvée composed of a selection of medicinal plants carefully chosen and picked by hand, for a balanced and complex result. the color is bright green and the nose is marked by aromas of plants, spices and licorice. in the mouth, it is smooth, round and complex, with notes of mint and lemongrass. it can be enjoyed as a digestive or cocktail.
