This immense vineyard stretches along the Mediterranean coast from Leucate to Nîmes and the Camargue, then covers the foothills of the Cévennes at the gates of Carcassonne. It covers three departments: Aude, Gard and Hérault.
It offers a diversity of landscapes and a mosaic of terroirs between sea and mountain, under the influence of the Mediterranean climate, at the origin of a wide range of red wines. Wines, which after having been long assimilated to mass viticulture, have been the subject of constant renewal for nearly thirty years.
The white wines are made from grenache, picpoul, bourboulenc, macabeu, clairette and recently from marsanne, roussanne and vermentino.
