The Coteaux du Languedoc are wines from the south: from Narbonne to the Camargue bordering the Cevennes. Heirs of the Greeks and Romans who planted the first vines in the region, the Coteaux du Languedoc is one of the oldest and one of the largest vineyards in France.
The Languedoc vineyard uses grape varieties to enhance the richness of its multiple terroirs. The wines of the Coteaux du Languedoc appellation must therefore be made from at least two grape varieties, in regulated proportions: Grenache Blanc, Piquepoul Blanc, Bourboulenc, Roussanne. The choice of grape varieties is based on the experience of the winegrower, according to the terroir. The white wines of Languedoc also present a beautiful roundness in mouth, which emphasizes their fruity aromas.
