Native to the Verona region, Soave Classico is a dry white wine with a DOC designation. Soave Classico takes its name from its city of origin, Soave, located in the region of Verona, which in turn is known as one of the richest wine-producing areas in Italy. In terms of production, Soave is honorably ranked third, just after Chianti and Asti, making it one of the most popular Italian dry white wines.
Its area of production extends over several vineyards, including San Giovanni Ilarione, Mezzane di Sotto, San Martino Buon Albergo, Lavagno, Cazzano di Tramigna and Monteforte d'Alpone.
Exceptionally light, the Soave Classico has a very delicate and velvety scent. Its straw-yellow color with green reflections reminds us of the exotic side revealed in the mouth. When tasting it, the freshness of its fruity note and the taste of almond will gradually seduce the palate of any lover of quality wines. These characteristics can be explained by its grape variety, 70% Garganega and 30% Trebbiano di Soave.
