Stretching over 6500 hectares, Primorski is the westernmost part of the vineyard. Historically deeply linked with the Italian region of Friuli just across the border, it is strongly influenced by its neighbor. They have a lot in common, especially in terms of production.
Slovenia is specializes in white wines, with grape varieties such as Friulano, Pinot Grigio, Rebula, Pinella or Malvasia.
