This Vin de Pays du Comté Tolosan is a regional French wine produced throughout the vineyards of Southwestern France, in the departments of Ariège, Aveyron, Gers, Landes, Lot, Lot-et-Garonne, Haute-Garonne, Pyrénées-Atlantiques, Hautes-Pyrénées, Tarn, Tarn-et-Garonne and Cantal. The appellation is reserved for still and sparkling quality rosé wines.
Cabernet sauvignon, Cabernet franc, duras, fer servadou, gamay, cot, merlot, négrette, pinot, syrah and tannat make up the rosé wines. These rosé wines, generally fond, have fruity aromas associated with freshness.
