On a rustic terroir where vines rub shoulders with olive trees and holm oaks, the wines of the Côtes du Vivarais are the image of their country: mineral and warm. The vineyard draws its sap from the plateau des Gras, split by the spectacular Ardèche g
Gorges. Sculpted by the passage of underground water for more than 15,000 years.
The grape varieties selected for the AOC Côtes du Vivarais are for red wines: Grenache and Syrah. These red wines have aromas of black fruits and spices, rather robust tannins and a nice freshness. They inherit their character from the Grenache, which gives them structure, and borrow its spiciness from the Syrah. The different vintages present variations in color (deep red, red purple) and aromas.
