The AOC Bourgogne-Côtes-d'Auxerre is located on both sides of the Yonne, on the territory of several communes around Auxerre grouped under this regional appellation. The vineyard has a total of 500 hectares, of which only 175 are occupied by vines. They are located on the hillside, on soils coming from the Upper Jurassic and covered with pebbles. Depending on their location, they benefit from good exposures since they face south or east.
The white wines are made from Chardonnay. They are all nice and fruity wines. These wines have a golden robe with green reflections and develop a nice aromatic bouquet (almond, hazelnut, white flowers) with this minerality typical of the terroir.
Like all the wines of the region, they can be kept between 1 and 5 years, and sometimes more than 10 years for the best vintages.
