"the domaine chambeyron has owned from father to son since chambeyron jean-marie in 1895. in 1978, christophe and his son maurice started planting vines in the côtes du rhône appellation. in 1985 the first vines in condrieu and côte-rôtie were planted by bernard. pascale his wife, joins the farm to welcome guests to the vault. since 2010, mathieu has joined the family estate with the project to restore a hillside in côte-rôtie appellation on the place called chavaroche located in ampuis. domaine chambeyron owns 5 hectares of vines distributed over the following different appellations: - côte-rôtie in the municipality of ampuis, - condrieu, in the municipality of condrieu - côtes du rhône, wine of viognier and syrah on the heights of ampuis. the wine presents a nose of violet and pepper, enchants us by its freshness. its mouth is ample and tight. firm, it reflects well its terroir focused on restraint."
