jamet is synonymous of tradition, pure and authentic wines. it is surreal the ancestral way of working. the winery that still seems unfinished, is a big house where you can browse different styles but all unfinished. outside the reception room and office all seems to have frozen on a certain day when its constructed, for over 10 years. the wines are monumental. rare species. wines that are nothing easy and really need time to tune. part of the secret are well cared vineyards and balanced vines. in vinification use stems partially or fully, depending on the year and vineyard. the results are extraordinary. very aromatic wines with plenty of character, typical of the region of côte-rôtie.
