"naked in catalan means «knot» and this wine claims to be precisely that, a union between the two varieties with which it is made: grenache and, to a lesser extent, cabernet sauvignon. it is surely the most complex red of vinyes del terrer, and it has a very bordeaux style with notes of liqueur and stewed fruit. it is defined by its own creator as ""a wine of pleasure"", round, with a lot of elegance and mediterranean touches. strict and meticulous selection of grapes on the estate. manual harvest in boxes of 15 kilograms. when they arrive at the cellar, the grapes go to the manual selection table and are removed. the first fermentation takes place in barrels of 5,000 liters of french oak for about 25 days. the extraction of phenolic compounds is done by ascending (immersion of the hat). fermentation and maceration with the skins last between 20 and 25 days. intense, mineral and elegant. notes of ripe red and black fruits predominate and form an attractive harmony alongside the mediterranean forest aromas. fresh, mineral, persistent and long. it is recommended to serve at 16 oc. until 2030 if kept in optimal conditions. an ideal ally for red meats, braised meats, roasts and large game dishes."
