"les pampres rouge 2019 mas laval is a wine from syrah (40%), mourvèdre (20%), carignan (20%) and grenache (20%). the red pampres has an intense garnet colour with violet reflections. elegant nose with aromas of red and black fruits with liquorice and spicy notes. the mouth is fruity, round and greedy. a very well balanced wine... a real treat. pampres rouge is served at 15°c with a shoulder of baked lamb and a gratin dauphinois, grilled beef with some spices."
