"pierre qui roule (rolling stone) is a selection of wines that bear the name of the soft and rounded stones that prevail in the vineyards of languedoc-roussillon. these wavy stones reflect the abundant sun of southern france, while their brothers under the surface improve drainage and add to the minerality and complexity of the wines. the grapes are transported to small local wineries where pqr winemakers work to capture the true characteristics of each variety using modern winemaking techniques: low temperature fermentation, small oak barrels, etc., aromas of blackberries mixed with floral notes, as well as touches of delicate wood. it is complex, rich, long and oily it has aromas of jam and crushed black fruit (morans, blackcurrant and cherries). the tannins are plump and well integrated."
