Château Vannieres 2003 is a remarkable wine from the esteemed Château Vannieres estate in Bandol, Provence, France. This vintage showcases a mature and evolved character, with a deep ruby red color and subtle brick-red hues. On the nose, it reveals a complex bouquet of dried fruits, leather, tobacco, and spices, reflecting its age and depth. The palate offers a velvety texture and harmonious flavors of dark berries, dried herbs, and earthy undertones, supported by integrated tannins. This wine is best enjoyed after decanting and should be stored in a cool, dark cellar to ensure its longevity and continued development.
a very complex, concentrated 2003 vintage, with few fruit aromas but rather burnt wood, a bit of cedar, all in power and intensity. a beautiful attack: a round and full bandol, fleshy, robust and endowed with a good lamb's lettuce. ---team enjoy wine
