The AOC Bourgogne Passetoutgrain is a regional appellation, which represents 695 delimited hectares in the Burgundy appellation area, and which has the particularity of having several possible spellings on the labels.
Their red Wines are fresh and fruity on the palate as well as on the nose. Their production amounts to 45.000 hl/year, and they are to be consumed quickly.
