As one of the oldest wine-producing countries in the world, Greece has been cultivating vines for more than 6000 years. It is a wine-growing land that cannot be ignored and is rich in a rare heritage, with some 300 native grape varieties, 61500 hectares of vineyards, 1100 estates and some 2.5 million hectoliters produced each year.
The native grape varieties of the Greek vineyard offer a kaleidoscope of unique aromas and flavors, seducing all white wine lovers but also the most demanding tasters.
