The D.O. Navarra, which covers the approximately 150 kilometers that separate the north and south of the region, stands out for the diversity of its landscapes and climates. An exceptional situation, practically unique in the Iberian Peninsula, occurs here: the confluence of Atlantic, continental and Mediterranean climates. A varied climatology that can be explained by the proximity of the Bay of Biscay, the influence of the Pyrenees and the softness of the Ebro Valley.
The Navarrese landscape is deeply marked by this circumstance and the more than 11,000 hectares of vineyards in the appellation cover a wide range of ecosystems and cultivation situations on hillsides, banks, plateaus and plains. Thus, 5 production areas have been defined: Baja Montaña, Valdizarbe, Tierra Estella, Ribera Alta and Ribera Baja.
In Navarra, you can find your own style of wine among a wide range of possibilities: the great Crianza and Reserva red wines, without forgetting the very seductive sweet muscats.
