the champagne eve des rêves is a family tradition exploitation which extends today on more than 3 hectares, distributed on 6 communes, passy-sur-marne, le breuil, nesles-la-montagne, mont-saint-père, connigis, reuilly-sauvigny and courthiezy. sauvigny is located in the narrowest part of the marne valley, about 30 km from reims, city of the sacres and epernay, capital of champagne. very concerned about the environment, they are aware that the respect of the natural balance is essential. this is why, for the last 10 years, they have been making great strides towards sustainable viticulture. they intervene in our vineyard with accuracy and moderation and reduce to the maximum the use of insecticides. their champagnes are elaborated with the greatest care, in the purest champagne tradition with a cooperation and federation of several winemakers for generations. they combine traditional methods and modernity in order to offer you a range of champagnes of impeccable quality.
