A cream is a fruit liqueur containing a high proportion of sugar. The term "cream" is always accompanied by the name of the fruit, the perfume or the appellation characterizing the liqueur. Creams are obtained by maceration in brandy - with the addition of a sugar syrup - of very diverse substances: fruits, plants or flowers.
