It is a wine of the muscat grape, very ripe and sunny. A dry, very aromatic wine can be obtained from the muscatel grape, although it can undergo partial alcoholic fermentation to obtain a semi-sweet wine. A liqueur wine, generally called mistela. The elaboration process consists of the addition of alcohol, of vinous origin, to the freshly pressed juice. With this system you obtain a natural sweet product with 15% added alcohol. The dry muscatel wine has an alcohol content of 11 to 13 degrees, while the liqueur wine has a graduation of 15. The wine produced from it has the characteristic floral aroma of this grape variety, due to certain essential oils that are present in the part next to the film of the grain, which differentiates it from other sweet wines.
