This rosé of Buzet, like its cousin the red, has been elaborated by respecting old methods of wine making. In the tradition way ! The winegrowers wanted to rediscover the taste of "summer wines" that their ancestors knew how to make so well. They have reinvented this rosé, which used to delight the festivities of yesteryear when people played bowling, belote under the arbour, and pétanque in the shade of the great oak tree. The grape varieties of this rosé are Cabernet franc, Cabernet sauvignon, and Merlot.
Like all the wines of Buzet, the rosé is elaborated by a collective of winegrowers who are united and pioneers of a new viticulture. Each of them is committed to the protection of biodiversity, paying particular attention to bees or reintroducing rare and protected species, such as the Owl of Athena.
